1. You call 651-779-9644 or e-mail us to arrange a time to meet. Appointments are available 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday. At the scheduled time we come to your house bringing your free gift. We show you sample menus for our packages. You fill out a short questionnaire about your family's food likes & dislikes. You choose a package and give us a minimum of a $120 deposit in cash, check, or credit card, (for groceries and storage containers), and schedule your first cook date (Monday-Friday). We make entry arrangements for that day.

2. We arrive on the morning of your cook date, bringing fresh groceries to prepare the meals we discussed, as well as containers in which to store them. You provide a clean kitchen and the remainder of the fee. You do not have to be home. We cook your meals, label and store them, & leave heating instructions. We leave your kitchen as clean as we found it, but with lots of great food!

3. Schedule a cook date every week, every other week, or whenever you need us.
